Easy peasy. Send us a refund request by contacting our support team via our email infodripjewel@gmail.com
We'll take care of it and let you know what's next.
After your return arrives, we’ll put it through a quality control check. If it’s all clear, your refund or exchange will be processed in about 5-7 business days. We’ll keep you updated via email so you’re always in the know.
Heads up: it could be an extra 5 days before the funds are fully back in your account.

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Just a heads up, we’re unable to accept returns on custom / made-to-order items or earrings.
